Our newly built, fully furnished executive Florida villa is the perfect place to recover after an exciting day at the parks, or a long drive at the golf course.
Our 3,100 sq ft fully air conditioned villa has been furnished to the highest of standards to ensure our guests have a wonderful stay during their vacation and will comfortably sleep 10 - 12 people. The villa comprises of 5 large double bedrooms, all of which have their own TV. The 3 master bedrooms include en-suite facilities. There are then another 2 twin bedded rooms, one of which is a Disney Theme. There are a further 1.5 bathrooms.
Amenities:
28 x 14 ft heated, fibre optic lit pool with extended deck and covered lanai. The pool has constant sunshine from 8.00am through untill early evening. When things get too hot, the covered lanai gives some welcome shade from the sun, ideal for eating "al-fresco".

2 Games Rooms, one of which has air hockey & table football, the other is fully air conditioned and has a full size slate bed pool table, flat screen LCD TV with PS2 games console which is connected to surround sound rocking chairs for the ultimate audio gaming experience.

All TV's throughout the villa, including the bedrooms, have independent cable TV, allowing different channels to be viewed in each room!

Legacy Park is only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort, Sea World, Universal, MGM Studios, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Wet and Wild. Busch Gardens is only 40 minutes away to the west and John F Kennedy Space Centre 40 minutes away to the East. Beach access includes Daytona Beach along the main I4 and Cocoa Beach, both of which are 60 minutes away.
Airport access includes Orlando International (10 minutes away), Sanford Airport (20 minutes away) and Tampa International Airport (45 minutes away).
